This rare comet will be seen in India on this day and time, do not forget to see

new Delhi: From July 14, a rare comet is visible in the Indian sky. This rare comet is approaching the Sun for the first time in 4500 years. Comet Neowise or C / 20202 F3 has been making its place in the solar system since 14 July and Indians can also see it easily with their eyes. For this, there is no need to take any glasses or telescope separately.
If seen, this is the third comet after Swan and Atlas in 2020, but the first such comet can be seen with our own eyes. Indian people can see it in the northwest sky till 2 August. The comet was discovered in March by the Neowise Space Telescope. The official name of this comet was C / 2020 F3 NEOWISE and in short it is called NEOWISE.

When will you see
Typically, telescopes, special glasses or X-ray films are needed to monitor or observe the activities in the solar system. But the glow of this rare comet has increased so much that it can be seen with our own eyes. It will come closest to Earth on July 23 at 01:14 UT. The full form of NASA’s Neovoice (NEOWISE) is the Near-Earth Object Wide-field Infrared Survey Explorer. It can be seen only once in its lifetime because it will not pass through the Earth again for the next 6800 years.

Comet NEOWISE will be seen in the sky of Northern Hemisphere for the next 20 days from 14 July. In India, it can be seen after the sun rises and sinks in the northwest sky. According to Dr. Subhendu Patnaik, deputy director of Odisha’s Pathani Samanta Planetarium, Bhubaneswar, the comet will be visible with the naked eye for about 20 minutes every day for the next 20 days from July 14. By August, the comet is expected to go away and then it will be possible to see it with the telescope itself.
