Sushant suicide case: CBI investigation will not happen, Maharashtra minister gave this statement

new Delhi: There will no longer be a CBI inquiry into the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has said that the Mumbai Police is investigating the case. This case will not be referred to the CBI. Please tell that politicians including Riya Chakraborty, Sushant Singh Rajput’s girl friend, also demanded a CBI inquiry.

Although there was a hindrance in the CBI investigation of the first suicide case. Since in this case only ADR i.e. Accidental Death Report (ADR) was filed earlier, which is not an FIR. The way for the case to go to the CBI was opened after Sushant’s father KK Singh lodged an FIR against Riya Chakraborty in Bihar. Actually, no case could go to CBI without registering an FIR.

However, now the Maharashtra government has categorically refused a CBI inquiry into the case. At the same time, a team of Bihar Police has reached Mumbai to investigate the matter with Mumbai Police.

Sushant’s father has accused Riya of abetting suicide and financially exploiting Sushant.

After the FIR against Riya, Sushant’s ex-girlfriend actress Ankita Lokhande shared a post on social media. He wrote in the post, “Truth wins” (Truth wins).

Sushant dated Ankita Lokhande between 2010-2016 and before his death he was in a relationship with Riya (Rhea Chakraborty).

Sushant and Ankita first met on the sets of ‘Pavitra Rishta’ in 2009. Sushant left the show ‘Pavitra Rishta’ after a few years to pursue a career in Bollywood, but he remained in a relationship with Ankita until 2016.
