The Saket court ordered that the IO of the Crime Branch case should complete the process of sending these foreign tabloid deposits to their homeland. After which the Crime Branch has returned passports of all 400 foreign deposits to them.
All these foreign nationals are from different countries. These include citizens of Malaysia, Nepal, Bangladesh, Thailand, Australia and other countries. The Crime Branch had filed a case in the Nizamuddin Markaz case under the Visa Rules, Foreign Act Rules, Breaking the Epidemic Act Rules.
After taking cognizance of the charge sheet by the court, all these tabloids had confessed their crime. After which the court gave a big relief to these people by imposing a fine of 5 thousand to 10 thousand. Even today, tablighi depositions were produced in Saket court. The crime branch had filed a charge sheet against a total of 955 foreign nationals in the Saket court.
