Patna: Union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Ashwini Kumar Choubey said that, Bihar Oxygen concentrator will be made available. It has been instructed. This will go a long way in providing better health facilities in primary and additional primary health centers in remote areas.
According to the information, the oxygen concentrator is a state-of-the-art machine. In which oxygen, heart beat and other medical examination will be easy. Temasek Foundation Singapore has made this state-of-the-art oxygen concentrator available to the Ministry of Health, Government of India. 20,000 Oxygen concentrator will be provided by the Foundation.
On Wednesday, the Union Minister of State for Health received the first batch of 4,475 oxygen concentrators. The remaining machine will be supplied by August. Union Health Secretary Preeti Sudan, Special Officer Rajesh Bhushan, Red Cross Society General Secretary RK Jain were present on the occasion.
The Union Minister of State for Health said that the efforts of the Central and State Governments will help in the fight against Kovid-19. Bihar Jharkhand and other states where there is more need on priority basis. It has been instructed to send it. The Center is providing all possible assistance to Bihar. There will be no shortage of resources.
He said that AIIMS Delhi has started training doctors of Bihar through video conferencing. At the same time, the Union Minister of State for Health congratulated the foundation on this noble initiative. He also praised the efforts of the Tata Trust and the Indian Red Cross Society for discharging an important role in it.
He said that it will prove to be very helpful in better treatment during the transition period of Kovid-19 in remote rural areas.
