new Delhi: The NIA has filed a charge sheet against six terrorists in the NIA court of Jammu in the case of the killing of three Pakistani Jaish terrorists in Nagrota, Jammu in January.
These terrorists were taking three Pakistani terrorists from Kashmir’s Samba border in a truck to Kashmir when these terrorists had an encounter with the security forces and three Pakistani terrorists were killed.
But the terrorists Samir Ahmed Dar, Asif Ahmad Malik and Sartaj Mantu who had hidden them in the truck escaped. Later all three were caught during search. A policeman was also injured in this attack.
The NIA started investigating the matter in February and after the investigation, three more terrorists, who work as OGW or Over Ground Worker for Jem, were arrested.
The NIA found in its investigation that this module worked for the terrorist organization Jaish and helped the terrorists who were ready to enter India on the launchpad in Pakistan, to help them enter India. They were also helped to hide.
Ahmed Dar used to keep in touch with Jaish terrorists in Pakistan on a secure messaging app and used to hide them in trucks and take them to Kashmir as soon as the terrorists entered India on the border. The rest of the arrested three OGW Suhaib Manzoor, Zahoor Ahmed Khan and Suhail Javed helped to hide these terrorists and kept the necessary items ready for the terrorists. These three had also kept the Kashmiri clothing for the Pakistani terrorists so that no one would suspect them and also hide the weapons easily.
NIA seized 2 AK 47, 1 AK 56, 2 AK 74, 1M4 carbine, 2 Glock pistols, 3 Chinese pistols, 35 grenades, 12 kg ammunition, 3 satellite phones, 6 wireless devices, 6 remote controls, 9 Detonetor in this case did. All these weapons and devices were brought by the terrorists from Pakistan and the truck and car in which they were carrying these goods were also confiscated.
