DCP New Delhi District Ish Singhal said that Kovid Drive was run from 4 pm to 7 pm on Sunday at Dhaula Kuan Flyover, Nehru Park and Tughlaq Road area in Chanakyapuri and Khan Market, All Lodhi Gardens as well as National Avenue on South Avenue.
During this time a woman was caught without a mask, she told that she has a problem of vomiting, so did not apply a mask. He had a mask but did not put it on his face. Even after this, the police cut his challan. The police made 77 invoices within three hours.
At the same time, Chanakyapuri Division Police was seen in police action regarding violation of the guidelines of Kovid-19. Police say that such special drives will continue from time to time.
