new Delhi: Internet banking portal of State Bank of India (SBI) provides a variety of facilities to customers. In this service, SBI customers can check their account balance, transfer funds, request for new check book and apply for debit card. Apart from these services, customers also get the facility to create fixed deposits and recurring deposit accounts through Internet Banking in SBI. Username and login password are required to use Internet banking. If someone forgets the NetBanking username, it can be found again, while the login password can be reset.

2. Click on ‘Forgotten username’.
3. Now CIF number has to be entered in the newly opened page. It is available on the bank passbook / account statement.
4. Submit by entering country, registered mobile number and captcha.
5. Enter the OTP on the mobile number and click on confirm.
6. After this, the login username of SBI NetBanking will come on your mobile number, as well as show on the screen.

If you have forgotten your password:
1. www.onlinesbi.com Go to
2. Click on ‘Forgotten Login Password’ option. After this, click on ‘Next’ on the next page.
3. Now submit your username, account number, country, registered mobile number, date of birth and captcha of SBI NetBanking in the specified space.
4. Now an OTP will appear on your mobile number. Enter the OTP and click on confirm.
5. Now there will be 3 options to reset the login password. These three options – ‘through ATM card details’, ‘through profile password’ and ‘reset the login password without ATM card and 6. profile password’.
