Fake followers: This contestant of Bigg Boss 13 also had a fake social media account, now will be investigated

new Delhi: Bollywood actress and former contestant of ‘Bigg Boss’ Koena Mitra will record her statement in a fake social media profile case. His statement will be recorded on July 26, 2020 at Crime Branch Mumbai. When Koena came to know that a fake social media profile exists in his name, he lodged a complaint at Oshiwara police station in Mumbai on 7 July.

This case has now gone to the crime branch and it will also be investigated in relation to fake social media followers. This is the case in which some companies allegedly provide fake followers to them when they are paid by celebs.

Let me tell you that meanwhile, Mumbai Police has busted a racket providing fake followers on social media. In this, many Bollywood celebrities, sports celebrities and some high profile builders have been blamed for buying followers to stay ahead of the social media race.

According to the police, this racket was taking money from people and increasing their followers on social media.

Earlier, the Criminal Intelligence Unit (CIU) of Mumbai Police arrested a person named Abhishek Dinesh Daude in connection with the case.

In the investigation so far, the Mumbai Police has come to know of some Bollywood celebrities, sports celebrities and 176 high profile people who have allegedly paid to increase followers.
