Ayodhya: The construction of the temple for which the Ram devotees had been waiting for years in Ayodhya will start from August 5. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay the foundation stone of the Ram temple after Bhoomi Pujan in Ayodhya on 5 August. Let us tell you that on November 9 last year, the Supreme Court, while giving a historic decision, cleared the way for the construction of the grand Ram temple in Ayodhya. Let us tell you what will be the form of the Ram temple to be built in Ayodhya…?
The construction of Ram temple will be in accordance with the model proposed by Vishwa Hindu Parishad in 1989. However, in the meeting of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust held in Ayodhya on 18 July, it was decided that the height of its main spire would be increased to 161 feet from 128 feet proposed in the VHP model to give grandeur to the Ram temple. There will be a total of five shikhars in addition to the main peak in the Ram temple.
The Ram temple will be constructed in the Ram Janmabhoomi complex, which is spread over 67 acres. However, the main temple will be built only in 2 acres. Ram temple complex will be expanded on the remaining 65 acres. It will take three and a half years for the Ram temple to be fully completed. However, this is an assumption. It may take longer than this. It will take more time to complete the construction work of Ram temple complex. This temple will make its grandeur feel for 1000 years.
The carved stones will be used in the VHP workshop at Karsevak Puram in Ayodhya for the construction of Ram temple. Apart from this, stones will also be needed, which will come from Rajasthan. The responsibility of construction of the Ram temple has been entrusted to the country’s legendary construction company L&T. To make Ram temple strong, soil up to 200 feet below the ground has been tested. The L&T company will decide how deep the foundation of the Ram temple will be.
