Lucknow: During the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh, 3705 new cases of corona virus have been reported. This is the biggest increase in the number of new patients in UP in 24 hours. After this, the figure of total corona infections in Uttar Pradesh has reached 81,039, while the death toll has reached 1587. In Uttar Pradesh, 57 corona patients died in the last 24 hours, this is the highest ever death rate of corona in a day in the state.

The number of active covid patients in UP is 32,649.
Uttar Pradesh Principal Secretary Health Amit Mohan Prasad told in his press conference on Thursday evening that there are 32,649 active cases of corona in the state, while 46,803 Kovid patients have recovered and gone home. So far 1,587 people have died due to corona infection in Uttar Pradesh. Amit Mohan Prasad said that out of the total active corona patients in the state, 7,198 are in home isolation, while 1,112 are being treated in private hospitals. At the same time, 172 Kovid infected have opted for level-1 plus semi-paid facility.

Investigation of 22,09,810 Kovid samples so far in UP
He said that 88,966 Kovid samples were tested in Uttar Pradesh in the last 24 hours. So far 22,09,810 Kovid samples have been renovated in the state. When Kovid testing was started in Uttar Pradesh, a total of 6 lakh Kovid samples were tested till June 24. At the same time, between 24 June and 30 July, 16 lakh Kovid samples have been investigated.

Yogi government presented details of Covid Care Fund
On Thursday, the Yogi government also presented the details of donations received in Uttar Pradesh Kovid Care Fund. Additional Chief Secretary Home Avnish Kumar Awasthi said that, so far, a total donation of Rs 412 crore has been received under UP Kovid Care Fund, out of which Rs 200 crore has been spent for medical equipment and medicines and 153 crore for migrant laborers. .
